Lukas has a degree in sustainable mechanical engineering from Swansea University. His love for nature came after spending 59 days alone at sea while rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean from Europe to America. There, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, where the closest people to him were astronauts at the International Space Station, Lukas found surprising amounts of household rubbish, hundreds of miles away from land. Together with the lack of wildlife, those were dramatic warning signs of the realities of climate change. That motivated him to do something about it. Upon his return, he started a project called Pedal 4 Parks – a 14-time award-winning environmental documentary. He holds three Guinness world records:

- "Youngest person to row across the Atlantic East to West solo and unassisted."
- "Youngest person to row across any ocean solo and unassisted."
- "Youngest male to row across any ocean solo and unassisted."

Lukas is also a non-executive director at the Royal Yachting Association.

Milenko is Greena World's product guy with expertise in building and scaling digital products globally. He built HeySuccess.com – the world's largest platform for international student mobility. He scaled it to over 1 million users and hundreds of corporate clients, such as Schneider Electric, The Economist, Merck, H&M, and more.

He also raised capital from investors such as Michael Baum (founder of Splunk, $9.5B IPO), Numa Paris VC and Gianna Angelopoulos (CEO of Athens Olympics 2004). HeySuccess was featured by BBC, CNN, Forbes, CNBC and The Huffington Post.

For his achievements in the tech sector, the UK Government awarded him the most prestigious visa – Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa, 1 of 200 that could be issued back then.

Rinalds is a senior software engineer with over 20 years of experience.

He has developed hundreds of software apps, the most prominent of which was a trading simulator - the Trading Game (2+ million downloads to date) - and two software exits (Turn-k.net and Cred24). He now wants to use his tech experience to have a lasting impact on many generations to come (including his children).
